Note: Delegates who attended the sessions through the end of the Congress on Thursday, 13 June, will be eligible for a 10% discount on early-bird registration for the INS 12th World Congress, which will take place on 6-11 June 2015, at the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth Hotel, in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. The deadline for early-bird registration will be 15 November 2014.
Continuing Medical Education This activity has been planned and implemented in accordance with the Essential Areas and policies of the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education through the joint sponsorship of Blackwell Futura Media Services and the International Neuromodulation Society. Blackwell Futura Media Services is accredited by the ACCME to provide continuing medical education for physicians. Blackwell Futura Media Services designates the live activity pre-conference on 8 June for a maximum of 6.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits(TM) and the main live activity on 10-13 June for a maximum of 19.0 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits(TM). Physicians should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.
