Hotel Information

The Estrel Berlin is Europe’s largest convention, entertainment and hotel complex. With 1,125 rooms and suites, five restaurants, two bars, a summer garden and the show "Stars in Concert", the Estrel has plenty to offer every guest. All 1,125 bedrooms have been recently renovated and shine in new splendor!

The 15,000-sqm fully air-conditioned, multi-functional Estrel Convention Center provides space for every type and size of meeting.

The atrium and adjoining piazza-style lobby are the ideal places to check your email (with free WiFi), network and linger a while with your colleagues and friends. There you have a wide range of international restaurants and meeting places: whether you prefer Italian, Far Eastern, rustic German, or international fare, you can take a gastronomic trip around the world. Or, you can continue your conversations outdoors in the Estrel's biergarten, overlooking the river.

INS has contracted and guaranteed a room block with Estrel Hotel. Hotel reservations are granted on a first-come, first-served basis. The introductory rates, as quoted below, are available on a limited basis and are subject to change, so you are encouraged to book early.

Deluxe Double Room: $283.19 US + 9% German VAT
Suites: On Request

Questions about hotel accommodations can be directed to Ms. Chenoa Sloss at Vanern Enterprises.

Getting to the Estrel Hotel is easy with the hotel's close access to public transport. The urban railway station, “S-Bahnhof Sonnenallee”, is a mere 250 meters from the hotel.  The bus line M41 stops right outside the Hotel; it runs every five minutes during the day and every ten minutes in the evening. This bus line enables guests’ direct connections to the underground network and also to Potsdamer Platz. The closest entry and exit to / from the inner-city motorway “Stadtautobahn 100” is “Grenzallee”, which lies in the direct vicinity.

All major sites in Berlin, like the Brandenburg Gate, Charlottenburg Castle, Potzdamer Platz and great shopping districts are also very easy to access via the public transportation system. The Visit Berlin website offers much useful information about sightseeing and getting around Berlin.
